Seasonal soup, accompanied by 0.25l of beer: Helles Schlenkerla Lager; Bamberg onion, filled with minced meat in smoke beer sauce with mashed potatoes, accompanied by 0.25 l of beer: Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier smoke beer; home made Schlenkerla cheese with bread, accompanied by 0.25 l of beer: Schlenkerla Rauchweizen wheat beer.
In the course of the meal a beer expert will tell you more about the beers you are drinking, about brewing history in Bamberg and in general and reveal some secrets about the making of smoke beer.
