  Short introduction to Bamberg's diverse brewing tradition, beer tasting of three different kinds of beer: Lager (Helles), wheat beer and smoke beer (0.2l per serving, with Bavarian style pretzel); served in true Franconian style at a traditional inn in the Old Town.
