A running tour guide shows you the most beautiful places of the world heritage city of Bamberg, and takes you along the nicest routes up and down the hills of Bamberg and through the lanes and alleys of this medieval and baroque town. Our sightrunning tours are suitable for all levels of runners. If you can jog for about 45 minutes you will be fine.

Please buy your tickets 1 hour in advance at the tourist information, which is open Mo – Fr: 9.30 am – 6 pm, Sa 9.30 am – 4 pm and Su and public holidays 9.30 am – 2.30 pm. There’s a maximum of 8 runners allowed.

Neither BAMBERG Tourism & Congress Service or the tour guides can be held responsible in case of any injury, damage or loss during the course of a tour, unless it is a deliberate tortuous act on the side of the tour guide.

Persons can be barred from further participation or from the start, if the tour guide deems it advisable to do so, if participants do not follow instructions and security notices by the tour guides, endanger other participants or themselves, or due to other reasons.
