Biking is very popular. By visiting Bamberg you will notice the high number of tourists who are coming to the city by bike.
Several beautiful long-distance cycle tracks pass through Bamberg. The popular Castle Road leads not only motorists and bus groups on beautiful tracks through the landscape, but the ad hoc signposted Castle Road cycle track makes the tour from castles to castles possible for bikers.
At the interface between Main cycle track and the connection via the Regnitz-cycle track to the Danube cycle track, Bamberg is an ideal place for a stop. Bamberg serves also as fixed quarters to discover the surroundings per cycle.
